2023 INSPIRATIONAL CHALLENGE

Swim 2 Recover

An endurance challenge that pushed limits and built belief

Swim2Recovery was a 2023 open-water endurance challenge that saw a team of military veterans take on the 21-mile swim across the English Channel. Facing strong currents and unpredictable conditions, the team came together to push their limits, raise awareness, and generate vital support for the BOWRA Foundation, raising £7,500+.

Swim2Recovery reflects what recovery can demand: determination, resilience, and support from others. By taking on the Channel, the team aimed to show what is possible when people refuse to be defined by setbacks.
