2025 STRONGER TOGETHER

Step by Step

A seven-day endurance walk along the South West Coast Path

Step by Step is a seven-day endurance walk covering over 100 miles of the South West Coast Path, from Seaton to Haven Point. The route is physically demanding, with steep climbs, uneven ground and long distances tackled day after day.

This challenge is rooted in persistence rather than pace. Walking has been a central part of Mark’s recovery, and Step by Step reflects the reality that progress is often slow, repetitive and mentally demanding. By taking on the full route over seven days, the challenge highlights the importance of movement, determination and support, while raising awareness and £9,800+ in support of the BOWRA Foundation.
